Welcome to the premier issue of Gemini Magazine! This issue is essentially a big shout for submissions. To give you an idea of the eclectic nature of Gemini and what we might be looking for, I've included a few of my own short pieces. From here on, though, I will stick to liner notes and an occasional interview because Gemini is not a forum for my work—it is a forum for YOUR work.

The goal of Gemini is simply to find the best creative work on the planet and present it in an entertaining format on a quarterly basis or sooner. There will be plenty of short stories and probably a few novel excerpts. Though I am partial to fiction, I appreciate passionate, non-cryptic poetry as well as good humor and satire. Movie and book reviews, interviews, essays—we are open here at Gemini, so please don't be shy!
